to doing everything we can to ensure the health and well-being of
our Residents. We are taking extra measures, including
frequent sanitation of common areas and elevators, and asking
Residents to call or email rather than visit our office in person.
We highly suggest that you clean and disinfect your apartment and
frequently wash your hands.
Importantly, your access to the building will remain the same and you are welcome to continue to stay in your apartment. We kindly request that access to the building be restricted to RESIDENTS ONLY until further notice.
Operationally, the following actions are designed to help keep our Residents, staff, and community safe.

- Eliminating person to person contact by asking all Residents and visitors to contact us via email or phone.
- For the time being, our Fitness Center and Yoga Studio will be closed.
- Common areas and high contact points will be disinfected daily.
- All Resident events for the month of March & April have been canceled.
- Until further notice, only emergency maintenance requests will be processed.
